Get an objective opinion for once.
Recruitment
Parents and students will tell you why they have chosen your school. Knowing why
they have chosen your school you will help you tremendously in crafting your marketing plan
and in making sure expectations are being met.
Retention
With a good use of your exit interview cards you will understand how leaving
parents view your school differently, and what their issues are.
Mission Accomplishment
The school's mission is broken down into components. Then each component is evaluated in light of which survey variables help you understand how well you are accomplishing the school's mission.
Tuition Setting
Using proven criteria, your survey results are evaluated in light of the question "can we raise tuition. If so, how much? If not, what do we need to do about it?" From this evaluation you will be able to know specifically what you need to do,
and how much tuition aid you'll need to meet the needs of your families when you
do increase tuition.
Tuition Assistance Evaluation
As part of the tuition evaluation, we help you determine if your tuition aid
budget is adequate for the families you have currently enrolled.
Accreditation Review
Much of the school survey is constructed to work with your "Preaccreditation
Standards Checklist." Numerous schools do this survey in conjunction with their
accreditation review.
Capital Campaign Readiness
Utilizing the pre-campaign version of the survey you will get a good idea of how
much support parents will give you in your campaign.
