PinPoint Deluxe School Survey

the PinPoint Parent & Employee Survey

 

Conduct the survey:

 

Parents, Employees

Board, faculty, staff, administration are Invited via persistent email to join the survey. Parents complete a survey for each child enrolled. Employees with children enrolled complete an employee and a parent survey.

Students:

Optionally 6-12th grade students can be added to the survey. They are typically done on paper.

 

Process the report:

 

Processing takes approximately 2 weeks after the survey is completed, and includes a detailed demographic profile of the community.

 

Utilize the report:

 

Decision making summaries guide the school in developing initiatives in targeted areas such as tuition / tuition aid setting, recruitment, retention, or accreditation review.

Teacher Evaluation Survey

the Teacher Evaluation Survey

 

Conduct the survey:
 

Parents:
Parents are invited via persistent email to join the survey. They will be able to evaluate as many teachers as they need to, based on the number of teachers their students have.

Peers:
Each teacher will pick 3-5 colleagues + the Administrator who will evaluate the teacher online.

Self:
Each teacher will rate themselves. This is especially important when it comes to rating how they carry out their professional responsibilities.

Students:
Optionally 6-12th grade students can be added to the survey.

Process the report:

Processing takes approximately 2 weeks after the survey is completed.

Teacher:
Each receives a summary report of their ratings. Within that report they see their ratings compared to all teachers at the school.

Administrator / Principal:
The school also receives a separate report with additional sub-groups for each teacher so the evaluator can view the teacher's ratings from parents, peers, and self.

Utilize the report:

Using the report worksheets the evaluating Administrator or Principal will rate, with comments, the teacher in 24 component areas according to the teacher's level of performance. This report will then be used by the teacher to guide the development of a professional improvement plan for the next school year.
